As Ramadan is upon us 1.6 billion people around the world, a large number of them workout devotees, will fast from sunrise to sunset, making it the ideal time to remind ourselves how best to observe Ramadan without compromising our individual fitness goals. First and foremost, the most crucial piece of advice is: do not stop training. Although it might be tempting to let exercise take a back seat this month it is in fact an ideal time to get leaner and or stronger.
