1. WOULD YOU SHARE WITH US THE SUCCESS STORY BEHIND BRICKZEY.

We are found in the market five years ago, we started as brokerage agency. Year 2015/2016 we upgraded our service to project management, we found the market need was to find a trusted entity to manage its properties, so far we have a successful track of six projects. Starting 2017, we decided to upscale our scope of work to become not only limited to property management and brokerage. We started up the Cairo Capital Development, and we managed to construct 400 housing units located at Pyramids’ Gardens and it is all sold out during a period that is less than a year. Now we are in charge of a new project that consists of 300 hotel apartments nearby the Egyptian museum, and another agreement of 150 villas located at Sheikh-Zayed, the launching for both projects is expected to be next month.

2. WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO JOIN ONE OF THE MOST COMPETITIVE INDUSTRIES IN THE EGYPTIAN MARKET?

BRICKZEY maintains this successful path. We are among the top three companies in the market when it comes to marketing and property management. I think we can easily be recognized as the number one company.

5. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT MAKES THE COMPANY STAND OUT IN THE MARKET?

It is the internal team spirit definitely. At BRICKZEY we are so much keen to inherit the cooperative competition culture. We invest in the fun aspect of work to keep people connected and happy. It is very important for us to find all of the partners of success dealing together as one family. We are sure that such spirit is what makes people willing to join our team and become motivated to give the company more.

6. WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO LOOK FORWARD TO JOINING THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR?

The revolution of this industry urged the market direction to realize that real estate is now the most secured and proper investment. The Egyptian market is now very educated about this fast-growing industry. Many people now are moving out from the crowded city and settling down in other new cities. This revolution in the industry is pretty similar to the Tech revolution that took place in the US from thirty years, and the real state reinvention that happened in the UAE almost twenty five to thirty years ago.

It is very important to mention that this industry still have a lot to give, there is a huge room of potentiality and development, and the market is still capable of receiving more agents, companies, and agencies to fulfill the need. So whoever wants to be on board, it is all about building trustworthy relationships with your clients, colleagues and to be honest about all the information that you provide. Real estate industry foundation is trust, it is similar to banking industry, if you don’t trust the bank you won’t invest your money, same applies for real estate; if you don’t trust the real estate agent you won’t go for a money investment.

When I first started BRICKZEY, I was the only employee with one assistant. Now, five years later we are 150 employees. And it is worth to mention that we are ranked the second entity in sales revenues among the market.

4. WHAT ARE YOUR ASPIRATIONS FOR BRICKZEY?

I believe that BRICKZEY is now on top of the marketing and properties’ management’s companies list. All I aim for now is that

I am a traveller. What makes travelling interesting for me is my involvement in the real estate industry. Whenever I travel to disconnect and recharge my energy and power, I return back super inspired which helps me to innovate and when I am back to work, I am back with new ideas.

8. WHAT’S NEXT FOR BRICKZEY?
