First and foremost, our primary consideration is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers. We know there is much anxiety over Covid-19 and appreciate the Governments priority in flattening the curve of cases. To help in this we have introduced additional safety measures to reduce the face to face meeting when bringing in your car, van or motorcycle for servicing, repairs or MOT. Your work instructions and any requirements can be fully taken when you initially make the booking. We can then further explain the measures we are taking at Kevin Griffin Cars. We have now implemented a key drop off area just inside our reception door so that there is no direct face to face contact with our staff. We would appreciate that you only leave 1 key. Our staff will still be available to discuss any matters you would like us to be aware of at a distance. During these times we are sorry that we will not be unable to offer a waiting room area. For any senior customers, over 70, who would like their car collected (within a 5 miles radius) we can arrange this for you at a convenient time. We will be cleaning your car key, door handles, steering wheel and gear knob and be wearing protective gloves when driving and working on your car. Please advise us if you have any latex allergy. Calls to you explaining any work while we have the car will continue as normal. When completed we can arrange for you to pay over the phone and agree a collection time so we can organize the return of the vehicles key in the same area you were asked to leave it. The payment receipt and invoice will be placed with key. We trust that you appreciate our actions to minimize any risk when getting your vehicle repaired. If you have any questions or ideas that assist in us being as diligent as possible it would be appreciated. Please call 01403 750500 or email kevingriffincars@btconnect.com
