The DePauw is delivered free of charge around campus. Paid circulation is limited to mailed copies of the newspaper. THE HISTORY: In its 166th year, The DePauw is Indiana’s first college newspaper, founded in 1852 under the name Asbury Notes. The DePauw is an independent, not-for-profit organization and is fully staffed by students. THE BUSINESS: The DePauw reserves the right to edit, alter or reject any advertising.
