Who’s Opening and Where Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (303568-8000) will open a 2,500 sq.ft. Einstein Bros. Bagels along South Telshor Boulevard in Las Cruces, NM. The location is slated to open during the first quarter of 2012. Forever 21, Inc. (213-741-5100) plans to open an 84,000 sq.ft., two-level Forever 21 store in a former Mervyns at Deerbrook Mall, located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 North and FM 1960 in Humble, TX. The store, offering apparel for men, women and children, will join Macy’s and Dillard’s at the center and will be the company’s third largeformat location in the state.

Regal Entertainment Group (865-922-1123) will open a 57,000 sq.ft., 14-screen Regal Cinemas movie theater at The Promenade at Virginia Gateway, a 300,000 sq.ft. center located at the interchange of Interstate 66 and Route 29 in Gainesville, VA. The theater will feature digital projectors, 3D projection systems, digital surround sound and stadium seating. Construction on the theater is slated to begin during the fall with an opening projected for early spring 2013. The company currently operates 539 theaters nationwide throughout 39 states and Washington, DC as Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theatre and Edwards Theatres.

Jewel-Osco supermarket in Palos Heights, IL. The store will replace an existing, smaller location along West 127th Street in the city. The store is slated to open during next summer and will feature deli, produce, meat, seafood, dairy, frozen foods, floral, liquor and bakery departments, as well as a pharmacy and an in-store TCF Bank branch.
