Are you a retailer that needs to reduce its occupancy costs? Are you carrying stores that need to be closed, or do you have dark stores that are creating liquidity issues? These are just a few examples of how your real estate can be working against you. At DJM Realty we dispose of your underperforming lease and fee owned properties. We will renegotiate your occupancy costs. We will provide access to significant capital to resolve liquidity problems created by your real estate holdings. In addition, we will use our capital to partner with retailers and investors looking to take advantage of unique growth opportunities. As seasoned retail real estate executives, we understand the challenges that both retailers and landlords face in today’s market.
