During these trying times we invite you to choose Body in Balance Rehabilitation for your therapy and fitness needs. Our professional staff will make your experience personal and rewarding. Occupational Therapy providing a holistic perspective to living well and reaching your functional goals. Our O.T. is certified in Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy, Lymphedema Treatment, LSVT BIG, and trained in Myofascial Release, Arthritis, Schroth scoliosis for Yoga, and Mindfulness/Meditation. 2. Physical Therapy offers advanced services and specialists in Parkinson’s disease, Balance & Gait training, Schroth Scoliosis, Vestibular Therapy, Pilates for Rehabilitation, Temporomandibular Disorder Treatment (TMJ), Graston, back & neck pain, and all surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions. 3. Our Speech Language Pathologist is Mia Marchisello, CCC-SLP specializing in speech and language disorders, articulation disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, voice and swallowing disorders. Mia has gained experience in working with patients of all ages. Mia has a strong background working with geriatric patients who suffer from dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s Disease, stroke and all other neurological conditions. 4. Our Personal Trainer, Patrick Mullin is available by appointment. He offers our clients the oversight and assistance they need to achieve their strengthening and weight loss goals to live your best life! Patrick is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been with Body in Balance for over six years. 5. Pilates is available with Holly Bozzelli by appointment. She offers personal Classical Pilates as taught under the tutelage of Romana Kryzanowska. Holly also is trained in Pilates Adaptations for People with Scoliosis supporting the teachings of the Schroth Scoliosis Method. 6. The Parkinson Life Center of Southern N.J. 501(c) 3

Recipe Chicken In Puff Pastry Compliments of Chef Steph

Serves 4

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and rolled out into a 14in square. 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked 1/3 cup herbed soft cheese 1/4 cup fresh parsley , chopped 1 large egg Optional ingredients-chopped spinach, diced roasted red peppers, additional cheese, etc.

Preheat the oven to 400 degress. Roll out puff pastry, cut into four equal sized pieces. Place 1 1/2 tablesoons of herbed cheese in the center of each piece. Top herbed cheese with a chicken breast and then chopped parsley Next, fold the corners of the pastry over the chicken breast. Place chicken pastry seam side down on a baking sheet covered in parchement. Lightly brush the top with a whisked egg. Bake for 20-25minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Feel free to add any of the optional ingredients as well & enjoy!
