I rang her up, more in blind hope than expectation, to see if she could help us find a venue for one of our projects at very short notice (literally 3 or 4 days). She absolutely pulled out all the stops, including coming in on a day she was supposed to be off, to find us some options. After a great deal of effort on her part she was able to find us three options, which I was quite amazed by. Unfortunately we were not able to go with any of the options that Yasmin found due to geographic and facilities reasons, and ended up using a serviced office instead. This was a real disappointment to me given the effort she had put in.
