Today we stand as the leading non-profit think tank on the future of living, working and learning in Europe.

In 2011, The Class of 2020 was founded with the aim of making student life across Europe more professional, international and welcoming. Through original research, content driven events, advisory projects and The European Class Conference, our foundation has managed to do much more than that. Student housing is now a recognized asset class, and we created a network of leaders that are innovating the way young talent is living, working and learning.

Through our partnerships with real estate developers, providers, and investors, higher education institutions, coworking and co-living platforms and city leadership officials, we stand at the forefront of innovation and best practices.
