Jorge Villegas Jorge, a native El Pasoan, graduated from Jefferson High School and attended UTEP after being Honorably Discharged from the U.S. Air Force. After working as a CPA for 5 years, Jorge attended Cornell Law School and received a Doctorate in Law (with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation). After working in New York and Dallas as a business and tax attorney, he and his family returned to our Sun City.
