Luxury spa treatments in El Paso have gotten a makeover, and Blush is breaking new ground—literally. The award-winning wellness center now has a chic new home nestled inside the Stanton House Hotel downtown. Those clients who were fond of the spa’s knowledgeable staff, organic products, and commitment to highquality care at the previous locations on Montana and Montecillo, will not be disappointed. “It’s ALL about the personal connection,” says Jennifer Ibarra, owner and esthetician. “And we get to be part of the downtown evolution.” Blush’s new location is emblematic of a larger evolution occurring in the industry: a deeper commitment to treating the body with kindness. I experienced this firsthand for my inaugural treatment at the luxe hotel. Parking is a breeze because valet is issued gratis for Bush clients. It took moments for me to descend the steps before being welcomed into the spa’s reception area and boutique. Stocked with product samples, the two rooms glow with soft light and sport a lovely, delicate fragrance. I was given a locker for my things—one of the new location’s best features are locker rooms for men and ladies—a robe, flip flops, and a reminder to take my time to enjoy the steam
