This reduction is a result of the removal of the 4.3% exigent price increase granted by the Postal Rate Commission (PRC). This action allowed the USPS to recover $4.6 billion lost during the great recession. The price increase was set to last only two years. This mandatory action will worsen the

Here is a brief description of the promotions being offered this year. Remember many promotions require the respondent to be directed to a mobile optimized website. If you don’t presently have one now may be the time to explore offering one, as the USPS will continue to offer similar incentives over the coming years.
