MEN’S ADVANCED 9-BALL TEAM CHAMPIONS DICK’S PICK: Mike Hutcheson, Donny Branson, Richard Pickle, Chris Akey, Dave Datillo finals for the top Open 8-Ball Scotch Doubles award!

Awards were claimed in nine different divisions of 8-Ball Singles. Among the top skill brackets, undefeated Dustin Gunia (Omaha, NE) outpaced young Mike Robinson (Calgary, AB) for the Men’s Advanced 8-Ball Singles title; defending champ Bernie Store (Phoenix, AZ) double-dipped Tara Williams (Fort Worth, TX) for the Women’s Advanced 8-Ball Singles crown; while Tim Pidborochynski (Edmonton, AB) defeated Action began with 9-ball and 8-ball Singles Scott Knack (Circle Pines, MN) two sets in the finals and Scotch Doubles play, as Darrel Fredrickson for the Men’s Open 8-Ball Singles laurels, and Janine (Duluth, MN) outpaced the Men’s 9-Ball Singles Robinson (Bullhead City, AZ) remained undefeated in field in this handicapped format to march outpointing her final’s opponent Trina Blackman (Cold undefeated to the title match – outdueling Lake, AB) for the Women’s Open 8-Ball Singles title. his final’s higher-rated opponent Bill Duggan Teammates James Wiebe (Edmonton, AB) and Nigel (Virginia Beach, VA) for the crown. On the Darius (Edmonton, AB) wrestled for the Men’s Standard Women’s 9-Ball Singles side, Gina Quinones (Las 8-Ball Singles crown, with undefeated Wiebe emerging Vegas, NV) claimed the hot seat and then took WOMEN’S OPEN 8-BALL TEAM CHAMPIONS victorious, while Paula Branton (Hamilton, ON) – advantage of a one-game spot to overcome the STROKERS LADIES: Connie Featherston, Christine Avila, after many years of trying – finally claimed a national powerful game of Tara Williams (Fort Worth, Yvette Villarreal, Esther Castaneda championship with a two-sets finals win over Mandy Lay TX) for the laurels. The Advanced 8-Ball Scotch (McAlester, OK) in the Women’s Standard 8-Ball Singles Doubles championship was claimed by the power Men’s Standard 8-Ball Team division. In the aged divisions, Ian Joyce (White Lake, MI) fell duo of Dustin Gunia & Jessica Frideres (NE/IA) over finalists 1st $1500 Comrades one set short of defending his Men’s Senior 8-Ball Singles (55+) Larry Eans & Bernie Store (AZ).
