WHAT’S ON IN 2013 COLOUR THERAPY & CHI KUNG:
Colour has its own energetic healing properties. Come and discover how it can lift your mood when feeling low, how to wear colour to suit your skin tone and how to absorb colour energy through colour bathing and much more!
A voluntary-led support group offering a holistic approach to helping people with cancer, and their caregivers, to heal and find meaning through creative expression and holistic therapies.

It’s our first birthday and you’re invited to our party! We’re re-creating the world famous afternoon tea/dance ambiance of THE LONDON RITZ!
Meet Mrs Mozart; a complex woman with a good business sense and passion for life. Her long and exciting life after the tragic death of her husband is portrayed by Frances Hart in an entertaining and interactive talk.
An afternoon of pure relaxation. Therapists will be on hand to offer Reiki, Hands-On and Crystal healing, Indian head, face and hand massage, meditation and relaxation workshops, Chi Kung and much more.
CREATIVE ARTS & CHI KUNG
Art therapy is a surprising way to express your inner, most deepest emotions when words fail. No artistic skills are needed and all equipment is provided.
NOURISH WITH NATURE
An unusual session that uses nature to help heal. From a gentle silent stroll to a silent treasure hunt, you’ll attune with nature to awaken your spiritual essence.
Interesting talk about the moon and its phases followed by a creative session that celebrates the new moon.
Card making and partying is the order for this session! Party hats obligatory! Come along and let us spoil you! From yummy home-made cakes to delicate yet delicious sandwiches washed down with a refreshing pot of tea, you can eat guilt free. Why not burn oﬀ those excess calories by taking to the dance floor?
Tickets cost £7.50. All money raised will go to Macmillan in support of THE BIG COFFEE MORNING
