Description of the activity

The aim was to get connected with inner resources, creativity, and the resources the nature can provide. We had processes to get in touch with the body and the senses (body mind exercises), and processes to nourish the social intelligence (pair, trio, small group processes). We paid attention to group dynamics processes. We had in-door and out-door exercises (depending also on weather conditions). Results The participants have gained deeper knowledge and insight about their adaptive and maladaptive ways of connecting and communicating with others. They have found ways of expressing a variety of feelings via various artistic modalities – finding the ones most fitting to their abilities and personalities. The inexhaustible sources of nature and could be tapped. Pros and contras concerning the used methodology The methodology was useful, we had difficulty with the size of the room, which was quite small. Also villagers looking in through the window made sometimes difficult time for us, but we were able to handle the situation. Pictures Pictures from working with fabric – creating safe place
