We used Ana Sanchez to sell our home in South Miami and she was outstanding. I had been working with the same seasoned agents for years and before switching to a new agent I conduct some research to see if its best choice for the property we are selling. For us is important the investment the agents make into selling the property (time and effort). Ana and her team had the drive and motivation to take a $5+ million-dollar listing, so we went ahead and gave her the property. She delivered! From the quality listing to the multiple open houses, brochures, magazine publications and online advertising, her hard worked and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home paid off. I realize it is not easy to sell a home, but I think you would be very hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

From the first meeting

From the first meeting Yedri seemed most interested in listening to us to determine our needs and desires. Her approach was most pleasant and not pushy or aggressive in asserting "her version" of our needs. Our search was very intense for us and we had very specific requirements for our new home. Never once did Yedri try to "sell us" on a property that may have been good for her, but did not fully meet our requirements. She paid special attention to me and my wife individually. She was very good at helping us each feel that we were individually being heard and understood. Yedri's knowledge and attention to the details of the transaction was most impressive. She was outstanding on 'follow through' to get others to complete their tasks. She did an outstanding job of coordination and the importance of timing. She seems to have a 'third sense' about how to negotiate with others on our behalf for the most beneficial outcome. Her advice was always 'spot-on' ! We signed contracts on two homes before finding the final one on which we closed. Yedri had to do a great deal of time sensitive work getting inspections and estimates for us. We rejected two homes that after inspection were not right for us. Yedri 'recovered' from those two disappointments and helped us do the same. She very quickly found other properties for us and that resulted in our finding the best home for us ! It just would not have happened without Yedri.
