GENERAL OBJECTIVES identify specific features of drama as specific genre; understand the meaning of specific terms/conventions such as the cast, props, stage directions, asides; recognize the importance of these to the development of plot and character; appreciate how character and mood are developed within the drama.

Irony; relate the story of the drama to the contemporary world; script scenes from incidents from stories done in Term II; convert a scripted scene to a prose summary; create and script original alternate and additional scenes; dramatize scripted scenes both from the play and original ones; critique these dramatizations; critique scripts.
