fitfor  ’n  fiber apple-cinnamon daily digestive maintenance, naturally ™

With seven grams of dietary fiber per serving, new AIM fit ’n fiber® apple-cinnamon is designed to fit into your living well lifestyle. Reformulated from the ground up, fit ’n fiber contains the effective nutrients to help keep you regular, stem your appetite, and encourage a healthy weight. The gentle fiber effects of fit ’n fiber are recommended for safe, everyday use, and the unique blend of natural ingredients supports daily maintenance of a healthy digestive system. With a touch of apple and cinnamon, fit ’n fiber is an ideal addition to smoothies along with AIM CoCoa LeafGreens®, AIM ProPeas™, and many other AIM powder concentrates. Daily, consistent use of fit ‘n fiber is achievable due to its synergistic blend of fiber ingredients, a blend that has been refined and tested for over twenty years. Become familiar with the natural ingredients in fit ‘n fiber, and see how they come together to form a dependable fiber supplement.

Natural, bulk-forming psyllium has positive effects on regularity, constipation, diarrhea, and even more serious concerns like colon cancer and diabetes. Once inside the intestines, psyllium swells as it comes in contact with water, forming a bulky stool that is

easy to pass and helping the body more easily rid itself of waste. The bulk created by this soluble fiber helps clear the intestines on its way out of the body. Multiple studies have found that psyllium helps reduce constipation, lower cholesterol, and limit digestive issues. A study published in the British Medical Journal found that psyllium produced a 90-point reduction in the severity of symptoms for those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, almost double the levels of the placebo group.

Oat fiber

In tandem with psyllium’s soluble fiber, oat contributes insoluble fiber. Derived from the outermost layer of the grain, oat fiber aids in regularity by passing directly through the digestive system, undigested. Its insoluble properties allow it to clean out the colon as it exits, helping to maintain regularity and ward off constipation. Since it goes undigested, oat has a zero-calorie effect on the body. AIM only uses cer tified, gluten-free oat fiber.

BarleyLife believer for 18 years Shared by Wendy Pettus, AIM Director, Williamsburg, Virginia I have used AIM BarleyLife since I was forty-two years old. I am now sixty.

I really believe it saved my life. In my forties, I was tired a lot. A doctor thought I may have chronic fatigue, and after one particular doctor’s visit, my white blood count was low and my sodium was low. I try to avoid prescription drugs, so I told the doctor that I took vitamins and drank BarleyLife, AIM

Just Carrots®, and AIM RediBeets®. She told me to do more of what I was doing. So I upped everything I was doing to twice a day. I already did three heaping teaspoons of BarleyLife, two of Just Carrots, and one of RediBeets in the morning, so I added three more heaping teaspoons of BarleyLife and two of Just Carrots in the afternoon. A month later, the doctor said that my blood levels were back to normal. I will continue to take BarleyLife. I can feel the difference!

sumption and assist with weight management.

The aloe plant, traditionally used as a soothing skin treatment, can also aid the digestive system through detoxification and cleansing. Aloe supplements flush food residue from the digestive tract and unclog the digestive system. Aloe also works as an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agent, helping the body ward off disease.

Cinnamon, well-known as a spice in baking and cooking, has gained a reputation as a valuable natural health supplement for its positive effect on heart health. Cinnamon may help lower cholesterol, regulate blood sugar, and aid digestion.

Gentian root

A traditional herbal remedy for indigestion, gentian root contains fortifying antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that not only aid digestive health but also boost immune health. Recent research into natural antioxidants found that, among seven plants tested, gentian was the only one to combat the free radical hydroxyl. Its effect on the body helps create digestive juices and saliva, and it has proven

… not just for kids One of AIM’s new products has become a favorite among children of all ages. But what the kids don’t know is that AIM CoCoa LeafGreens® is also a beverage for adults who want the incredible health benefits of LeafGreens with the chocolaty taste of cocoa. Yes, you now have the choice of LeafGreens alone or with cocoa. You may or may not know that this natural source of chocolate is actually healthy for you. You recognize that cocoa can make you feel good, yet you are also aware that uncontrolled eating of chocolate is not the road to good health. CoCoa LeafGreens puts the chocolate control in your hands with healthy cocoa that goes hand in hand with nutrient-rich LeafGreens—the leaf-

juice powders of spinach, faba bean, field pea, and barley leaf juice powder plus broccoli sprout powder. So how is it that AIM decided to merge cocoa into a potent source of greens? The truth is that cocoa is a deceptively rich source of antioxidants. Antioxidants are your body’s defenders against free radicals, which are the main cause of damage to DNA, cells, body tissue, and organs that lead to rapid aging and the advancement of disease. AIM chose three types of cocoa for even more antioxidants and luscious, chocolate-flavored greens. It’s time for adults to enjoy the guilty pleasure of a chocolate drink that tastes great and promotes good health at the same time.

Breathing problems improving with Para 90

Alder buckthorn

Shared by Gloria Smith, Star Sapphire Director, Tucson, Arizona A customer of mine added the following comment on her purchase of AIM Para 90®: I am taking two capsules three times a day for less than a week and so far am feeling better. I had breathing problems for nine years, and no doctor could help me. I am a doctor myself, and I could not figure out what was wrong with me. I thought I would never have a satisfying breath again. After getting to know more truths about parasites, my impression is that

I’ve been always infected with parasites from childhood, probably with different kinds. I’ve been around dogs in childhood a lot. Lately I started getting yellow color, my liver enzymes went up, I got severe anemia, and I felt sick. Para 90 so far is giving me a lot of hope because my breathing is better than ever and the yellow color is disappearing! beneficial in reducing flatulence, relieving distension, and soothing the liver and gallbladder. Due to its high concentration of anthraquinone compounds, buckthorn has a stimulating effect on the large intestine, inducing increased muscle contraction and increased water movement from the cells. Together, this helps produce a soft stool that can move easily through the colon.

Red beetroot

Rich in fiber, potassium, and magnesium, beetroots offer a wealth of nutrients to benefit digestion. Of particular note, betaine in beets helps to increase stomach acidity, which can control bacteria and yeast in the system. To feel your best every day, fiber is essential.

PrepZymes for my good health Shared by Debra Pugh, AIM Director, Abernathy, Texas I have several testimonies of how wonderful AIM PrepZymes® are for my good health. I keep a bottle of Prep Zymes in my purse, at home, and a third one in my desk at work. Five to ten minutes after eating certain foods, sometimes I can experience pain and burning in the muscles in between my shoulder blades. I can take five PrepZymes before eating the problem food, and I do not experience the pain in my muscles. After I eat certain foods, sometimes I become very sleepy. If I take five PrepZymes before eating the problem food, then I do not have the desire to sleep after I eat. I was writing a book and typing eight hours a day and started experiencing pain in my right wrist. The pain was so bad that I could not eat with my right hand, start my car, or turn on the air conditioner in my car—nothing that involved moving my wrist. Over several weeks, I tried wrist braces, different types of pain relievers, ice, heat, and rest but nothing seemed to help. I finally decided to try PrepZymes and had great results! The first night I took five PrepZymes on an empty stom-

ach before I went to bed. The second night I took ten PrepZymes. The third night I took fifteen PrepZymes. The fourth night I took twenty PrepZymes. Each morning I had less pain and on the fifth morning, I woke up, and I did not have any pain in my wrist! The key for me was to take them on an empty stomach to help with inflammation. If taken with a meal, they will digest the food and not the inflammation. After a long day of working in the yard, I take ten PrepZymes before I go to bed and my low back is not as sore the next day. During the summer, I water ski once a week and at age fortyseven, I do not recover as well as I did when I was younger. I now take ten PrepZymes on the evening when I ski (or take my dog for a jog), and I am not as sore the next day. A big thanks to God and The AIM Companies™ for making awesome products that have allowed me to lead an active lifestyle despite having fibromyalgia! to 128 pounds—and walking straighter. I also got my life back, too. Thank you so much! Testimonials should not be construed as represent ing results everybody can achieve.

be so healthy? AIM CoCoa LeafGreens® might have people wondering: Can great nutrition really taste this good? The answer is a resounding YES! Typically, chocolate is associated with the opposite of a healthy diet, but AIM’s chocolate-rich drink is a different story. Boosted by a potent green-leaf blend of barley, spinach, faba bean, and field pea—plus broccoli sprouts— CoCoa LeafGreens stacks up with the best healthy drinks around. The basis of CoCoa LeafGreens is the original LeafGreens; two tablespoons of CoCoa LeafGreens equals the amount of nutrition in one tablespoon of traditional LeafGreens.

Cocoa may boost brain function in seniors On two cups of cocoa a day, older people showed a significant improvement in cognition and blood flow to the brain, according to a recent study. CoCoa LeafGreens contains a triple-chocolate blend of organic cacao powder, organic cocoa powder, and alkalized cocoa.

A Daily Serving (2 rounded tsp.) of Cocoa LeafGreens contains:  More Iron than 12 cups of Raw Spinach  More Sulforaphane than 16 cups of Raw Broccoli  More Vitamin K than 14 cups of Raw Iceberg Lettuce  More of the phytonutrient Kaempferol than 38 cups of Raw Asparagus  More Beta Carotene than 6 Raw Green Bell Peppers
