As a certified colon hydrotherapist, I understand the importance of getting the recommended daily amount of fiber. Constipation is something that is all too common today. As the years went by, I recognized that I had a problem. My doctor’s advice was to drink more water and eat more fiber, and I did that … only to become more uncomfortable and bloated. I lived with this condition as best as I could while raising an active family of four children. Often I would end up lying on my back on the floor in pain. An x-ray revealed that my bowel was completely impacted, it was elongated to about three times the length of a healthy colon, it had twists and kinks in many places, and the bottom twenty inches had no muscle tone left to help eliminate. I tried special diets and exercise and even colonics, but nothing seemed to help. knowing what other options I had. In April 2009, we were introduced to the AIM products, and I happily started taking many of the products with the hope of improving my health and preventing any further damage to my body. Out of the mouths of babes Any parent knows that children can say or do something that is beyond their years.
