After spending an entire fruitless day trawling through Zhengzhou’s massive university precinct we had amassed an entourage of around thirty students with seemingly nothing better to do than follow us around. As the sun was setting, and we were about to throw in the towel, one of the students approached us with a spot offering: “Our library has many stairs.” Desperate, we followed her to another campus with an incredible plaza surrounding a massive library that kept us busy for the next two days.
