Pencarrow Kindergarten celebrates Maori Language Week Children from Pencarrow Kindergarten recently joined in celebrating Maori Language Week – Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Maori. They were joined by several other kindergartens in Wainuiomata. Special activities included kapa haka, weaving and learning how to deliver their pepeha. Maori Language Week ran from September 11-17.
