Island Bay set to celebrate festival By Nikki Papatsoumas

The 32nd annual Island Bay Festival will kick off this Saturday. Joe Bleakley, from the Island Bay Enhancement Trust, which manages the festival, said this year’s festival which runs for eight days would wow crowds from the seaside suburb and all across the capital.
