One of a dozen kiosks designed and fabricated for Ben & Jerry’s, a narrow lease plan made this a particular challenge.
Due to fire safety regulations, this kiosk was fabricated from stainless steel and finished with wood‐grain porcelain tile.
This Baskin Robbins kiosk in Escondido, California, was one of several Los Angeles‐area locations done as part of a large West Coast expansion.

Located at a ski resort in the Sierra Mountains at an elevation of 6300 ft., this outdoor food service kiosk was designed and built to local snow load requirements.
This prototype kiosk was designed with lots of windows to allow for extra light, equipped with deep fryers, refrigeration, sinks and air conditioning, and included channel‐letter signage and graphics for unique branding.
The Carriage Works designed this open‐air outdoor gelato kiosk – which included custom graphics – to service a high traffic area in Southern California.
Food service trailers and trucks are a new addition to our product range. This compact 12‐foot trailer was designed as a mobile extension of the client’s brick‐ and‐mortar location, and includes a hand sink, water system, electrical and equipment ‐ everything necessary to prep and serve salads and sandwiches.
Hotel del Coronado requested custom‐designed bar trailers for use during special events on the beach. The trailers, which include ice bins, sinks and speed rails, are fully towable and sand‐ready.
