Looking back at 2011-2012, it is apparent that vivid fruit prints were in, along with beautiful sheer draping clothes. The styles, however, was simple classic structured and were not extremely over the top. Allowing a woman to feel feminine and beautiful but not trying too hard. The colors were overall neutral with a touch of boldness.

America was in a state of depression. This affects fashion. At this current point, the economy is getting better and people are trying to get out of the state of depression, which is why for 2013; the trends will be simple chic, boho fabulous and 20â€™s revival.
Style that looks effortless is the most intriguing style of all.
Classic neutral colors, durable fabrics, trench coats, floppy hats, and oversized clutches are the key items for this trend.
In a world full of complications, sometimes we just retreat to the simplest form of beauty, minimalism. Itâ€™s because its simple, easy and never fails. With the economy not being at its best, people want to be able to have things that are timeless. Things that they can be dress up and down, and worn with a lot of things.
This trend corresponds to letting go of alot of the “stuff ” in our lives, reducing our level of materialism, and making more deliberate choices about what new purchases to make. Over the past couple of years, the subjects of minimalism and simplicity have captured the imagination of many.
