The progress of Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) in the last 2 months of 2013 could be summarized into important activities follows,
ส�ำหรับความก้าวหน้ าโครงการแนวร่วมปฏิบตั ขิ องภาค เอกชนไทยในการต่อต้านการทุจริตในรอบ 2 เดือนส่งท้ายปี 2556 นัน้ ขอสรุปกิจกรรมส�ำคัญทีจ่ ะส่งผลต่อไปยังปีหน้า ซึง่ มีดงั นี้
First of all, the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has sent invitation letters to listed companies in the stock exchange to participate in collective action against corruption. The companies that already signed the declaration of intent could use it to include in the annual report. SEC raised anti-corruption issue as a general practice for listed companies that they have to disclose information for public. SEC will collect the disclosures to show the progress of each listed company and publicize on SEC website
เรื่ อ งแรก คณะกรรมการก� ำ กั บ หลั ก ทรั พ ย์ แ ละ ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) ได้ออกจดหมายเชิญชวนบริษทั จดทะเบียน ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ให้เพือ่ ขอให้มสี ว่ นร่วมในการต่อต้านคอร์รปั ชัน่ ส�ำหรับบริษทั ทีล่ งนามประกาศเจตนารมณ์เข้าร่วมแล้วนัน้ สามารถ น�ำผลไปเปิ ดเผยในแบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลประจ�ำปี ซึง่ ก.ล.ต. ได้ ยกเรื่องการต่อต้านคอร์รปั ชันเป็ ่ นแนวปฏิบตั ทิ ่บี ริษทั จดทะเบียน ไทยควรเปิดเผย และก.ล.ต.จะน�ำผลการเปิดเผยดังกล่าวไปรวบรวม เพือ่ แสดงความคืบหน้าในการด�ำเนินงานของบริษทั จดทะเบียนแต่ละ บริษทั และเผยแพร่ผลดังกล่าวบนเว็บไซต์ของก.ล.ต.ต่อไป
