“Türkiye İhracatla Yükseliyor”Seminerlerinin 4.’sü İTHİB ve TETSİAD İşbirliğinde Gerçekleşti 4th Installment of the Seminar "Turkey Rising with Export" Organized Under the Cooperation of ITHIB and TETSIAD İstanbul Tekstil ve Hammaddeleri İhracatçıları Birliği (İTHİB)'in düzenlediği “Türkiye İhracatla Yükseliyor” seminer programı kapsamında İTHİB ve TETSİAD (Türkiye Ev Tekstili Sanayicileri ve İşadamları Derneği) işbirliğinde gerçekleştirilen “Türkiye’de Hukuk, Siyaset ve Ekonomi” konulu bilgilendirme semineri 14 Nisan 2018 tarihinde İstanbul CVK Park Bosphorus Otel’de ihracatçıların yoğun katılımı ile gerçekleşti.
Under the context of "Turkey Rising with Export" seminar program organized by Istanbul Textile and Raw Materials Exporters' Association (ITHIB), informative seminar titled "Law, Politics and Economy in Turkey" organized under the cooperation of ITHIB and TETSIAD (Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen's Association) took place with keen participation of exporters in Istanbul CVK Park Bosphorus Otel on 14 April 2018.
TETSİAD Başkanı Ali Sami Aydın ve İTHİB Başkanı İsmail Gülle'nin açılış konuşmalarının ardından, TC Cumhurbaşkanlığı Başdanışmanı Av. Özlem Zengin, ATV Ankara Temsilcisi/Radyo Televizyon Gazetecileri Derneği Başkanı Şebnem Bursalı ve Bloomberg HT Ekonomi Koordinatörü Gökhan Şen'in katılımıyla “Türkiye’de Hukuk, Siyaset ve Ekonomi” konulu bir panel gerçekleştirildi.
Following the opening speeches of President of TETSIAD, Ali Sami Aydın and President of ITHIB, İsmail Gülle, panel discussion titled "Law, Politics and Economy in Turkey" took place with the participation of Senior Counsellor of the Presidency of Turkish Republic, Esq. Özlem Zengin, ATV Ankara Representative/President of The Broadcast Television Journalists Association Şebnem Bursalı and Bloomberg HT Economics Coordinator Gökhan Şen.
Yaptığı açılış konuşmasında dünyadaki finansal ve siyasi gelişmelerin Türk ekonomisine etkilerinden bahseden Türkiye Ev Tekstili Sanayicileri ve İşadamları Derneği Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Ali Sami Aydın sözlerine şöyle devam etti: “Siyaset ve ekonomi birbiriyle sıkı bir etkileşimdedirler. Bu etkileşim mekanizmasına hukuku katmıyorum çünkü hukukun bu mekanizmanın temeli hatta çatısı olduğunu düşünebiliriz. Buradan şunu anlayabiliriz; hukuk, siyaset ve ekonominin tamamlayıcısı değil olmazsa olmazıdır. Sağlam temellere dayalı bir hukuk sistemi ekonomi için artı bir değer olduğu gibi siyasiler için de bir sigorta görevi görecektir.”
Sharing his thoughts about the effects of global financial and political developments on Turkish economy during his speech, President of Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen's Association, Ali Sami Aydın continued as follows: "Politics and economy are closely bond to one another. I don't include law in this mechanism of interaction because we can assume law as the foundation, or even the roof of this mechanism. What we can interpret from this is; hukuk is not only complementary to politics and economy, it is a vital part. As well as being a positive value for economy, a legal system built upon a strong foundation will also act as an insurance for the politicians."
Türkiye’de hukuk ve siyaset alanlarındaki gelişmeler, bu gelişmelerin Türk ekonomisi ve ihracata etkileri, uluslararası ticari anlaşmalar için hukuk sisteminin önemi gibi konuların ön plana çıktığı panel sonrasında konuşmacılar ihracatçıların sorularını cevapladı.
Following the panel of discussion where topics such as developments in the field of law and politics in Turkey, effect of such developments on Turkish economy and exports, importance of legal system on international commercial agreements were discussed, speech givers answered the questions of exporters.
