Sometimes humans get into a strange health condition that is seemingly impossible to heal. The afflicted person runs from doctor to doctor, has loads of tests that turn out 'normal' and eventually comes away with a diagnosis of some sort of mental aberration, like Delusional Parasitosis. Often the doctor does not even check all of the avenues of testing to come up with such a decision. When the well-meaning, anxious patient visits that physician they will usually bring a baggie or bottle containing the suspected buggy items, which the doctor will view from a safe distance while writing down the aforementioned parasitic diagnosis. Most of the time the 'evidence' is not even sent for testing. There are hundreds of thousands of people afflicted with real parasites of a strange nature who suffer without recognition or relief from a disease dubbed as Morgellon's. Â That particular disease actually has several manifestations which are different due to the method of infection. Some patients are actually the home for tiny nematodes (worms) and insects that should never be hatched inside the human body; much less grow to adult proportions. The parasite usually gains entry into the body through a puncture or open wound, usually from accidental means such as pet claws. The eggs of the parasite are in the dirt so this is not an unusual mode of transport and at some point the parasites are discovered and can be treated with a combination of anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal medications. This combination is necessary because when the parasites die off the bacterial and fungi contained within them is released into the blood or tissue and then starts up another infection. Â The more strange manifestation of Morgellon's is the growth of things that are thought to be impossible: colored polystyrene fibers. These fibers grow into huge masses very quickly and seem to have a life of their own. Even stranger are the tiny 'machines', complete with tiny mirrors of calcium apatite, which grow into the nerve fibers and give off a flash of light if contacted by a needle. Most physicians are completely unaware of such odd invasions of the body and will steadfastly deny that such things could ever exist...and give the diagnosis of mental diseasewithout checking the patient for evidence. Â The unfortunate name of Morgellon's Disease was actually coined back in the 1600's for the type of symptoms exhibited by current sufferers. Whether the causes are the same is less likely, especially with the more modern substance versions. Some say the parasitic version of the disease occurred when the Challenger spacecraft exploded in the atmosphere, distributing parts of nematodes that had been out in space previously, over the areas from California to Texas. Others say the odd form comes from Mars dust that is deposited onto our world every year in the amount of tons of extra-terrestrial dirt. Â Wherever and however the initiating stuff gets into our systems, it is devastating to the victims. The symptoms range from itching (more so around EMF fields of computers), brain fog, sudden allergies and worsening health, to science fiction-like manifestations of colored fibers and loss of

control, of both mind and body. Obviously the parasitic form is much easier to deal with, if caught in time. If not discovered and allowed to continue, patients may start to bleed internally as the parasites eat through blood vessels, leading to death of the victim. The CDC (Center for Disease Control) has only recently started investigating this disease, due to the outcry of thousands who have been infected and wrongly diagnosed by unsuspecting physicians. For those who wonder if they might be infected with this horrendous affliction, there are numerous Morgellon's Disease research foundations that can be found on the internet. Most of the websites have a list of doctors familiar with the various manifestations of the problem. If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with Delusional Parasitosis and continues to have symptoms despite medication for such delusion, seek further medical care with those who are familiar with this strange condition.
