The PCH design team provides creative services, including design of sustainable packaging and user manuals and graphics, while our award-wining engineers provide expertise in technologies, electromechanical design, electronic, mechanical and electrical design, design for manufacture, process engineering, tooling design, prototyping, product testing and regulatory compliance. PCHâ€™s long-standing relationships and experience with Chinese suppliers and contract manufacturers ensures that our clients receive the best service and materials for their projects. We advise on all stages of manufacturing from sourcing materials, production management, transportation, and quality control in line with the exacting standards our clients expect.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & POSTPONEMENT
Our unique inventory management and postponement system reduces typical overstock concerns. After products are created, they are shipped to our facility in Shenzhen. From there, PCH helps manage the entire process by acting as a liaison with manufacturers by offering finishing touches such as customization, packaging, and worldwide shipping. We also help clients maximize the flexibility of their inventory cycle by postponing final customization and delivery until the moment the product is needed.
CLIENTSâ€™ NEEDS ARE ANALYZED AND TIMELINES ARE FORECAST TO ENSURE OVERALL EFFICIENCY AND MINIMIZE CONCERNS ASSOCIATED WITH LEFTOVER, UNUSED STOCK PCH manages the production process to keep costs and waste to a minimum. To support this process, our proprietary software systems, Trackflo and Statusflo, provide near real-time data on inventory, capacity, raw materials, billing and shipping. This means clients have instant, frequently-updated access to their supplies and orders.

AT OUR SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE, WE DESIGN AND DEVELOP BEAUTIFUL, SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING SOLUTIONS THAT HAVE THE MAXIMUM IMPACT ON CONSUMERS WHILE HAVING THE MINIMUM IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT PCH’s proprietary software, e-commerceflo and Trackflo, support a smooth fulfillment process. As soon as an order is placed, the details are immediately printed on packaging labels in Shenzhen. Orders are delivered within 48 – 72 hours and our software allows full transparency of order and shipping status. We often work to package several items in one customer shipment, as well as managing bulk orders, further reducing packaging waste, shipping costs, and improving inventory management. Our success lies in the ability to create the best “out-of-box” experience for our clients and their customers, turning an online order into a delivered product within 72 hours!
THE TNS GROUP IDENTIFIES RETAIL OUTLETS AND INTRODUCES RETAILERS TO SUPPLIERS
RETAIL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES PCH provides distribution agent services in Europe through the TNS Group. The TNS Groupâ€™s services consist of managing the purchasing, inventory postponement, and delivery of products from suppliers to physical and online retailers.

PCH CHINA DIRECT Our PCH China Direct facility in Shenzhen has a license for domestic trading, the ability to trade in RMB, and capacity to ship approximately five million units per year. We offer the same postponement, configuration, and fulfillment services to PCH China Direct clients as to our exporting clients.

PCH has formed a partnership with Little Bird, a non-profit organization that provides free services for migrant workers across China including labor dispute mediation and legal counsel. We’re the first private company in China to implement this worker engagement program. PCH continually assesses and refines our commitment to environmental consciousness. We have our own Greentech Team to manage ecological corporate responsibility for both PCH and its clients including reducing carbon footprints with our lean manufacturing and inventory processes, as well as designing enduring products with recyclable, reusable components and packaging.
