In an industry that is rapidly shifting beneath our feet, I want to take a moment to talk about who we are and, more importantly, why we do what we do.

We are currently witnessing a wave of massive consolidation. Wall Street-backed giants and alliances—like the recent moves between Compass and Redfin—are restructuring the real estate landscape. Their focus is increasingly on "exclusive listings" and closed-loop systems. While they wrap these strategies in the language of innovation, we know the truth: these models are designed to line corporate pockets and satisfy distant shareholders, often at the expense of the very people we serve.

At Terrie O’Connor Realtors, we choose a different path. We believe that real estate isn’t a high-volume commodity; it’s a high-trust service. Our culture is built on three unbreakable pillars:

We answer to you, and we answer to our clients.
