Our mother company, CP & Co International Pty Ltd was established in Sydney, Australia in 1997 and is managed by a team of professional and highly qualified Australian CPA, Registered Migration Agents and NAATI accredited directors with our key business concentrating on overseas students recruitment. CP & Co International started off as a key education agent representing reputable education providers across Australia and New Zealand. In 2010, our company expands its product lines to include major selected countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and China to become a real “International Education Centre” in working with high quality institutions from all around the world. Our targeted overseas students are mostly based in Thailand, and other international and local students in Australia and New Zealand who are interested in further their studies in other destinations. Over the past fourteen years of successful operation, our company is very honoured and proud to have received so many messages of support from former leaders of Australia and Thailand such as Hon. John Howard, Hon. Alexander Downer, Hon. Bob Carr, Hon. Peter Bettie, Hon. Uthai Pimjaichon and many other leaders. BRIEF BACKGROUND OF OUR COMPANY 1997 CP & Co International Pty Ltd. was established in Sydney in response to the large and increasing demand of education services from overseas students wanting to continue their studies in Australia. The opening ceremony of our Sydney office was performed by Dr Chaiyong Satjipanont, former Thai Consul General in Sydney and the Thai Ambassador to Switzerland.

1999 Appointed as “OTSA” (On-The-Spot Visa Approval Agent) by the NSW Students Centre of the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA), Rockdale. 2000 CP celebrates Sydney Olympics, our staff members were volunteers at this significant event celebrated by not just our whole nation, but the whole world – Supporting Community events is part of CP’s strategies. 2001 Launching of our first company magazine “In Australia with CP”- received first messages of support from Hon. 2002 Expanded to Bangkok, Thailand and established CP Education & Migration Service Co. Ltd. as a branch office. Our office opening ceremony was performed by the then Australian Counselor for Politics and Economics, Mr Michael Carney, on behalf of HE Miles Kupa, former Australian Ambassador to Thailand, received second messages of congratulations from Hon John Howard, former Prime Minister of Australia, Hon Bob Carr, former Premier of NSW and many other famous leaders. This year we also added New Zealand education to our service line.

2004 Appointed as one of the first 6 initial education agents in Thailand as Australian offshore Student e-visa Centre in Thailand with training provided at our Bangkok office by DIAC officers from Canberra and Bangkok

2005 Received messages of support from former New Zealand Minister of Education, Premiers of 5 Australian states including New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania for publishing in our company’s “Study in Australian and New Zealand Education with CP Guide book” CP Guide book

2007 Establishment of Melbourne Branch, opening ceremony performed by Dr. Simon Wallace, Honourable Thai Consul General of Melbourne Official Opening of CP Melbourne Office

2010 Expanded to welcome “world education” into our product lines to include the UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia and China to become a real “International Education Centre”.

2011 Acquired new Bangkok and Chiang Mai offices, and change name to “CP International Education and Migration Centre” for all offices.

Good reputation - Since the establishment of the company, our firm has established a strong and solid reputation of being a professional, honest and hard-working team who takes excellent care of our clients / students and parents. Our staff members have grown from a team of 2 pioneers in 1997 to more than 30 across the four branches in 2010.

Convenient office location - All four of our professional offices are situated in the middle of the busy business district in each city – Sydney, Melbourne, Bangkok and Chiang Mai, easily accessible and identifiable by the public and institution representatives.

Modern Information System - Our company has significantly invested in a new and modern web-base computer system called the “CPIS” linking every branch of our offices together in maintaining our students’ database. The system also allows our counselors to conduct a thorough and up-to-date follow-up of our student enrolment and services to each institution.

Integrated Marketing Activities to help promote our represented institutions Our firm actively involves and participates in different marketing activities in promoting international education. A comprehensive marketing plan is released on an annual basis to promote the courses of our represented institutions.

Highly qualified staff - Our company employs only the overseas educated bi-lingual and highly qualified staff to provide professional and integrated services to our clients.

Training Support and Close Relationship Building with Institutions - Training is a major part of our company operation – our counselors regularly attend agents workshop organized by our represented institutions, participate in seminars overseas or simply just pay a regular visit to our represented institutions in building closer working relationship.

Our strength in student visas services – As directors of our firm have been accredited as Australian registered migration agents for many years with good solid work records, we are capable of handling all types of student visas applications, simple or complicated. We are familiar with visa procedures for all countries we represented. The strength of our firm in this area could be evidenced since the year 1999 when we were selected as one of the “On-The-Spot-Approval agents” (OTSA) by the NSW Students Centre of the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA). In 2004, we were selected as one of the six initial agents to be the e-Visa agents in Bangkok appointed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). For many years, our visa successful rate is one which is envied by many because we have always maintained the high standard of student visa services. These achievements are the result of our careful screening of only the genuine cases to be lodged at the visa authority and our “never-ending” effort in trying to help our students the best we could. Support from government offices and institutions – At CP International, we believe in working closely with government offices in making sure rules and regulations are strictly adhered to; and with our partnered institutions in making sure their courses and programs are promoted on a regular basis. In return, we receive continued support in rewarding our hard work, as could be seen from several messages of support and recommendation letters received over the years.

Student Interests Come First - A significant number of students has been recruited by our firm for our represented education providers of all levels. This is achieved by working closely especially with the international office of each institution. To our company, the interests of students must come first.

Other subsidiary services benefiting our students - It is an advantage for our firm to have both professional registered migration agents/immigration advisers and NAATI accredited language experts to assist students in any immigration problems or language assistance they may require. STRATEGIES FOR GROWTH Our company expects the future demand for its services to come from two major sources we fully specialized in: 1.

Thailand market – Due to the fluency in the Thai language and background of our directors, Thailand remains our strongest and largest market. Our Company works with several associates including travel agents, English colleges, schools and higher institutions in recruiting students from Thailand. We will continue to work towards establishment of other provincial branch offices in Thailand as sources of our student recruitment centre in the future.

Australia and New Zealand market – Our Company has a large scale of clientele base from all service lines in the past almost 15 years of operation. Our name is well recognized and accepted by the communities in Australia and New Zealand. The majority of our business comes from a chain of referrals due to the excellent professional services provided and the successful outcome of cases we handle. Our onshore based offices in Sydney and Melbourne provide services to overseas clients from all around the world including China, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Burma, Japan, Turkey, Europe, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan and many more. Increasing interests from local Australian and New Zealand students to study overseas – with our expansion to markets, especially to the UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and China, our firm is in a good position to advise these local students in referring them to our represented institutions.
