Want to score a perfect 10? Then, how about try…

Temple Beth Abraham provides an evening minyan to give congregants an opportunity to connect with God and/or say kaddish for a loved one. We are able to maintain this service through the generosity and commitment of our members who agree to participate in an evening minyan once or twice a month. It takes 10 people to complete a minyan so that a congregant can say kaddish. If you did participate in minyan last year, thank you! If you did not participate in minyan last year, please consider signing up now. You can sign up 1 or 2 people for 1 or 2 nights per month (2 on the 2nd Monday, for ex) . If you cannot guarantee a fixed night, please consider a 5th week slot. This happens only 2 or 3 times per year. Or, if you live close enough, let us put you on our “Last Minute” call list for when we do not have a minyan for someone saying kaddish on a particular evening. We are also looking for people who can lead evening minyan. If you would be willing to lead the minyan, please contact the office or Dena Kaufman. We would be grateful. If you need a refresher or would like to learn how to daven the ma’ariv service, please contact the office or Rabbi David so that we can get you a recording or you can listen to the evening service right on the Adult Ed page of the temple website. Hoping that with your generosity and willingness, we will score Perfect 10’s every weeknight! To sign up or to renew your commitment, kindly contact Elyse Cohen at 781-575-9216 or at elysehcohen@gmail.com.
