ATLANTA TEKNOLUR betting on incorporating the last technological development in packing machines, is now providing an electronic motion control in all its new versions on the ATLANTA family. The new version of the ATLANTA machine includes a motion control system to the well known and established ATLANTA Horizontal Form Fill and Seal (HFFS) Wrapping machine. This new version provides new features to the machine keeping its well known high reliability. This model features the main characteristics of machines such as strength, ease of operation, and reliability. In addition, it also features an ergonomic cantilever design that makes cleaning and sanitizing easier. It is also possible to integrate many different automatic and semi-automatic feeders. The result is the new ATLANTA, a solution for medium to high production demands, and for any automatic line that requires an automatic wrapping machine.

ATLANTA HI-TECH ATLANTA HI-TECH model represents the model with the highest technology among ULMA horizontal packing machines. It includes a multi-shaft electronic control which synchronises the main movements of the three main shafts of the machine. This electronic control gives the machine high versatility and flexibility in product changes and also perfect dynamics in machine movements. This technology, t oget her w it h st rengt h, reliabilit y, ergonomic design and ease of cleaning (typical of the ATLANTA family) allow to obtain the highest performance from the machine. PV 350 PV-350 LSH I X / PV-350 SPH I X machines form a family of packing machines with a film coil at the lower part of the machine. This is the reason why they are specially recommended for irregular or difficult to drag products.

ARTIC New packaging machine designed to pack fresh food products with modified atmosphere (MAP) for extended shelf life. The system is used to pack products such as fresh or processed meat, poultry, pizza, fish, pasta or cheese in MAP. The shelf life is extended as the product is packed in a hermetically sealed pack with a mixture of protective gases inside it. The new Long Dwell sealing head is characterised by an " oval" motion profile in the jaw, which assures packs with perfectly hermetic seals at high production speeds. This new sealing head, together with the state-of-the-art electronic technology and a food-industry oriented design, turn this ARTIC family into the ideal machine to meet the demands of the food industry.

FV 35 The FLOW-VAC速 system has been developed to create a vacuum shrink bag around the product to be packed. The new FV 35 system offers an entry level solution at a very competitive investment level, for those applications that require the automation of the vacuum packing process. The FV 35 machine is a bottom reel packaging machine, that feeds the CRYOVAC速 barrier roll stock film beneath the level of the product feeding line. The CRYOVAC速 barrier film unwinds off the reel as the product moves into the longitudinal seal head system, which prevents the transverse seal being contaminated as the product does not come into contact with the seal area. The vacuum bag is formed around the product and a full hermetic seal is formed along the length of the bag (longitudinal 22

seal). All excess material from the longitudinal seal is removed from the package via a film scrap removal system. This provides a shrink bag with excellent aesthetics thanks to the narrow longitudinal seal. The FLOW-VAC速 system senses the beginning of each product and indexes the incoming product automatically. The end seal (transverse seal) is a very reliable high quality fully hermetic seal. Designed for the Fresh Food industry, fully manufactured in Stainless Steel, the FV 35 is the perfect solution for the automation of the vacuum packing process, while offering a high level of flexibility.

THERM OFORM ERS Horizontal automatic packing machines characterized by package formation within the machine using two film coils normally made of different material: bottom film, once it is treated, becomes the tray where the product is placed for later sealing with the top film as cover. Depending on the material used, packages can be flexible or rigid. This type of machine is aimed both at food and non food markets. VTC 700 The VTC 700 machine has been specifically designed for continuous motion wrapping of many different product types. The machine is extremely flexible in terms of changing the forming size to allow for different portions, and has the versatility of adapting to any film type.
