Assessment
This section provides two cumulative assessments that you can use to evaluate students’ acquisition of the information presented in this book. The first assessment requires students to identify selected cities, countries, landforms and bodies of water on a combined physical and political map. The second assessment is a two-page multiple-choice test covering information from all sections of the book. Use one or both assessments as culminating activities for your class’s study of Africa.
