Please arrive on the date that is most convenient for you and your family. Wednesday, August 8, Saturday, *August 11 or Wednesday, August 15

Tips: Coordinate with your roommates on items to buy.

Parking

Wait until everyone moves in to buy large items for the room.

Please make every effort to check-in during your assigned time. 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM • Residents on 3rd, 5th and 6th floors. 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM • Residents on Garden Level and 2nd floors. 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM • Residents on 1st and 4th floors.

*Colby Hall residents should refer to the Colby Hall move-in schedule for August 11. **General room dimensions are available on our website, but each room varies slightly in size.

Students will fill out paperwork, pick up their room key, and get their student ID upon check-in. Please have your move-in pass upon arrival. Further directions about where to park for our 15-minute unloading areas will be given upon your arrival. Move-in volunteers and a limited number of carts will be available. Make sure to stay hydrated. See you soon!

These meetings are mandatory for students to attend.

Welcome meetings are designed for students to meet others in their hall, learn about policies and procedures and meet their RA! When you arrive, your hall staff will let you know when your meeting will be held.

MAIL SERVICES

Students must get a TCU mailbox if they wish to receive packages and mail on campus.

Students are not able to receive packages and mail in their residence halls other than flowers and perishable arrangements. Please sign up for a mailbox by calling (817) 257-7840 or e-mail TCUMailboxes@TCU.edu.

You are not assigned a move-in day. However, it is recommended that students participating in Challenge B & Casa Nueva C move in on Aug. 8, and students attending Orientation 11, Summit or females going through recruitment move in on Aug.11. Recruitment will begin that evening. All other students are recommended to move in on Aug. 15.

What happens if I miss my move-in time?

On August 8, 11 or 15, if you arrive after your move-in time but before 3:00 PM, go to the Schollmaier Arena to check-in. If it is after 3:00 PM, go directly to your hall and call the RA on duty.

When do meal plans begin? On August 12 for brunch.
