A Direcçã o de Recursos Humanos do Grupo TCPI definiu como um dos objectivos estratégicos no Plano A nual de Formação de 2013, a dinamização da formação interna, ministrada por colaboradores da T CPI, devidamente habilitados para o fazer. As vantagens foram diversas desde a flexibilidade de conteúdos e horários até à rentabilização em term os finance iros e res ultados efectivos no desempenho dos colaboradores no exercício das suas funções. FRENCH “ON JOB” TRAINING
A compone nte linguística é uma das competências cuja im portância tem vindo a alca nçar maior amplitude em virtude da internacionalização da TCPI, o Francês é uma das línguas mais solicitadas, em termos de formação, pelas lacunas existentes a esse nível, na empresa.
The linguistic component is one of the skills whose importance has achieved greater exte nt due to the internationalization of TCPI. French is one of the most requested languages in terms of training, due to the lack of knowledge in the company.
Lançámos o desafio à Marieta Alves de iniciar sessões de formação na língua francesa. Iniciámos com um teste de diagnóstico de conhecimentos, aos colaboradores que já tinham sido identificados. Foram criados dois níveis, um inicial a inicia r em 2013 e um inte rmédio que funcionará só em 2014. As aulas do nível inicial decorreram entre 24/10/2013 e 18/12/2013, duas vezes por semana, tiveram a participação regular de nove formandos. O feedback e os resultados são bastante pos itivos pe lo que vamos continuar a investir nes te tipo de formação e contar com a ines timável colaboração da Marieta pa ra melhora r o nosso nível de Francês. We challenged Marieta Alves starting training sessions in French. We starte d with a diagnostic test of knowledge to some employees who had already been identified. Two levels courses we re setup: an initial level starting in 2013 and an intermedia te level course to be held, only, in 2014. Classes of the initial level were held between and 24/10/2013 and 18/12/2013, twice a week, with the regular participation of nine trainees. The feedback and the results are very positive so we will continue to invest in this type of tra ining and count with the valuable collaboration of Marieta to improve our level of Fre nch.
