The 20% discount that is applied to the recommended selling price of The Body Shop products when a Consultant places a personal Consultant order and makes payment in the Consultant Business Hub. This discount may be reduced or removed for specific products, product specials and product sets. Starter Kits, Business Tools, Host Reward redemptions are non-discountable products. This discount is applied at purchase in your home market currency.
The 20% rebate that is paid to the Consultant of the recommended selling price of The Body Shop products when a customer places an order via the Consultant Personal Website or an order is placed in the Business Hub on behalf of the customer at recommended selling price. This rebate may be reduced or removed for specific products, product specials and product sets. Starter Kits, Business Tools, Host Reward redemptions are non-commissionable products. This rebate is paid weekly in each market/currency where the original sale was made.
A sliding scale of an additional 5% to 15% Bonus based on the total Personal Points Volume (PPV) of a Consultant in a Calendar Month. These bonuses are calculated against the recommended selling price that The Body Shop products were sold for. The % is determined on your total PPV at the end of the calendar month. This bonus is paid monthly by each market/ currency where the original sale was made.
A Central Team Bonus is applicable where a Consultant achieves a Paid As rank of Star Beauty Consultant and above. Central Team Bonuses are calculated on Team Commissionable Volume (TCV) and are paid in the market currency where the original sale was made. If you do not have a Global Business Account you cannot receive bonus payments on any sales outside of your Home Market.
A Bonus payment that is paid the first time a new Leader Rank is achieved. This Bonus can only be achieved once per Rank. This payment is paid over a set period of months depending on leadership rank achieved regardless of start date. It will be paid in each applicable month listed below when the Paid As Rank is achieved for the specific Leader Rank Title Advancement Bonus payment. If the Paid as Rank is not achieved in a month listed below the bonus payment for that month will not be paid and cannot be received.
A Leader Bonus payment that is paid the first time a new Leader Rank is earned, when that Rank is earned in a specified period of time from the Consultants start date. This Bonus is paid over a set period of months depending on leadership rank achieved. It will be paid in each applicable month listed below when the Paid As Rank is achieved for the specific Leader Rank Title Advancement Bonus payment. If the Paid as Rank is not achieved in a month listed below the bonus payment for that month will not be paid and cannot be received.

A monthly Bonus paid to all Paid As Leaders calculated on the Team Commissionable Volumes (TCV) of each individual Downline Leader and their Central Team that is positioned in generations 1 to 4 in your downline leadership structure. The number of Generations on which payment will be received depends on the Leaders Paid As Rank for the current month. Generation Bonuses are calculated and paid on Team Commissionable Volume (TCV) in each market/currency where the original sale was made.
A Bonus paid to Double Sapphire Vice Presidents and above calculated on the Team Commissionable Volume of each Downline Leader and their Central Team that is positioned in Generations 5 and below. The Bonus will be paid down to where a Downline Double Sapphire Vice President or above earns their Generation 5 Bonus. The bonus cannot therefore be paid to more than one person. Generation Bonuses are calculated and paid on Team Commissionable Volume (TCV) in each market/ currency where the original sale was made. If you do not have a Global Business Account you cannot receive bonus payments on any sales outside of your Home Market.
A bonus paid monthly to all Paid As Ruby Group Leaders and above. This bonus is different at each Level of the Compensation Plan. Bonus paid in the local currency of your Home Market. The recommended usage of the Business Development Bonus for Ruby Group Leader and above is to assist them with the costs associated with training their team, developing their business support and business expenses such as hosting training.
A bonus paid to Paid As Diamond Presidents and above on each of their Paid As Sapphire Vice President or above Legs. This bonus is paid in Home Market currency.
A bonus paid to Paid As Double Diamond President and above on their Paid As Double Sapphire Vice President or above Legs. This bonus is paid in Home Market currency.
A bonus paid to Paid As Triple Diamond President and above on their Paid As Diamond President or above Legs. This bonus is paid in Home Market currency.
Personal Volume (PPV) is based on the accumulated Qualifying Points Volume (QPV) from products personally sold via the Consultants Personal Website or placed in the Consultant Business Hub in a Calendar Month.
TCV is the volume used to calculate Central Team & Generation Bonuses. All products carry a designated TCV value that Consultants earn through their purchase and sale of those products. TCV is calculated in each market based on the SRP/ RRP amount that the product was sold for, less any local sales tax. TCV may be reduced or removed for specific products, product specials and product sets. Starter Kits, Business Tools, Host Reward redemptions, and all non-commissionable products have no Team Commissionable Volume.
Each of The Body Shop products carry a designated numerical Qualifying Points Volume that is used to calculate qualification, maintenance, incentives and recognition. QPV is standardised across all markets and is not related to a specific currency or selling price. Starter Kits, Business Tools, Host Reward redemptions, and all non-commissionable products have no Qualifying Points Volume.
