GOLD LEADER Gold Leaders take a step further on from only supporting a Central Team to developing a minimum of one Downline leadership team by mentoring strong Consultants within their Downline to develop their own teams and promote out as Silver Leaders. Gold Leader is the first step in the Compensation Plan that requires a Leader to promote out new Leaders; this activity continues on an increasingly larger scale as you move through the Compensation Plan.
RECOMMENDATIONS AND TIPS Create an online customer group using social media platforms in accordance with our Digital and Social Media Policy Actively use the product in your Beauty Kit so you can recommend the products to others Offer a personal 1-1 consultation service Hold virtual and face-to-face parties/events Offer others the opportunity to become a Consultant Support your Consultants to develop to Silver Leaders Make regular connections with each member of your team Lead monthly team meetings both virtually
DON'T FORGET When you earn this title for the first time you are eligible for our Title Advancement Bonus of up to $200 based on product sales

TITLE ADVANCEMENT BONUS(TAB) When you progress through the Leadership levels of the Compensation Plan, there are bonuses available along the way to reward you for your progression. This bonus payment is available when a first time new Leader Rank is achieved. This payment is only ever paid out once per new Leader Rank.

This bonus payment will be paid over a time period in equal monthly payments as stated in the table below. It will be paid each month when the Paid As Rank is achieved for the specific Leader Rank Title Advancement Bonus payment. If one month is not achieved the bonus payment for that month will be forfeited and cannot be received.
TITLE ADVANCEMENT BONUSES
ACCELERATED TITLE ADVANCEMENT BONUS (ATAB)
When you join The Body Shop At Home™ you can accelerate your progression through the Leader Ranks. When you achieve a New Leader Rank in a set period of time as stated in the table below you will achieve the Accelerated Title Advancement Bonus (ATAB). The set period of time starts the 1st of the month following enrollment, i.e. if enrollment date is 21 January, the set period of time commences 1 February. This bonus replaces the Title Advancement Bonus (TAB).
