Welcome to the Autumn/Winter edition of Taylor Hill and Bond’s Autumn Collection magazine. What a world we have lived in over the last 18 months, adapting to a new way of living, both in our work and home lives. There have been many ups and downs, particularly for those of you who have suffered loss or illness during these difficult times and I would firstly like to wish you all happiness and a very healthy future. However, it was later found to be standing on Roman foundations indicating earlier settlements. The oldest, undisturbed portion of the church is the chancel which was constructed in the 13th century. The town is located nearby the coastal cities of Portsmouth and Chichester. Havant offers a wealth of services including the high street with a comprehensive range of shops, bars and restaurants and convenient transport links can be found via Havant railway station and the nearby A3 and M27. A popular attraction to the town is the Hayling Billy Coastal Path, a track along the bed of an old railway line between Havant and Hayling Island frequented by walkers, cyclists and horse riders. For boating and water sport enthusiasts, Langstone Harbour and Hayling are within close proximity as is Portsdown Hill which provides gorgeous, panoramic views of Portsmouth City.
