ASPECTS Autumn/Winter Collection 2020/21

Welcome... I hope you thoroughly enjoy looking through the properties in our latest Aspects magazine as much as my team have enjoyed preparing this addition. Following what has been a year of huge change and turmoil in the property market, as well as our everyday lives, I write to encourage you on the growth and buoyancy of the residential sales market. At what can be one of the quieter times of the year, the market continues to be extremely brisk and busy, I anticipate this growth will not be slowing down any time soon. Our teams are working hard to assist our clients to capitalise upon the stamp duty holiday. The recent introduction of the 3D virtual tours of all our properties has been very well received. With people relocating from all over the country to Worthing, Lancing and Rustington, our 3D virtual tours helped provide our clients with the opportunity to reach out to a wider audience. The lettings market remains exceptionally active with many landlords looking to join, taking advantage of the low interest rates and high tenancy demand. We are pleased to showcase our superb new homes content in this issue. Max Harbron, who heads up our vibrant new homes department is particularly excited to announce that we expect the completion of Bayside to take place early next year. Max is also delighted to reveal two new ground-breaking developments in Worthing and Hove in Spring 2021‌watch this space! Finally I am delighted to be able to announce that we have recently joined forces with Symonds and Reading, a firm that I worked at prior to starting Michael Jones and Co. This merger has provided us with really exciting representation within Ferring and further strengthens our lettings portfolio. I hope you and your families remain safe in these testing times.
