Pastor Bruce Foss was called as the pastor of the Temple Baptist Church.
Pastor Jerry Peace was called as the pastor of the Temple Baptist Church.
Pastor Al Cox organized and founded the Temple Baptist Church with charter members.
The Temple Baptist Church purchased six acres of land and built the first church building at 1700 West Beaver Creek Drive in Powell, Tennessee.
Dr. Harold Clayton was called as the pastor of the Temple Baptist Church.
Temple Christian Schools opened with ninety students enrolled from kindergarten through sixth grade.
The current building for the Temple Baptist Academy was built for use as the main auditorium and church building for the Temple Baptist Church.
