LOT 29 MODERN WARFAIR (IRE) 4yo, B, Geld, Well Chosen (GB) – Brooklyn Brook (IRE) (Alderbrook (GB)) Modern Warfair posted a solid debut effort at Curraghmore in April. The good-looking son of Well Chosen was prominent throughout and raced behind the leaders on the final half a mile where he picked up strongly between the final two fences and stayed on well on the run-in to finish runner-up to the highly regarded Diol Ker. Modern Warfair was one of seven newcomers in the field and was five lengths ahead of the third placed horse. He is out of a half-sister to the prolific 10-time winner, Brooklyn Brownie and is also from the family of Clew Bay Cove and My Names Not Bin. Modern Warfair has shown himself to be a decent youngster that is bred to develop into a smart sort on the track and could have a lot to offer to new connections.
