D es ig n I n t e nt Our goal for this site is to create a space where the landscape is the dominant voice in shaping the future of the Biotech Corridor. The overall design of the spaces created shall be driven by the local community. We are focusing on the housing crisis, creating connections between adjacent communities and promoting education through biophilic design.

05

Limited access to adjacent communities. Soil compaction and contamination

Obje

Rail road defines a strong boundary between two communities.

S ite A n a l y s i s 06

• Lack of safe crosswalks • Uninhabitable roadways

ctive

• Improving acccessibility • Providing both communal and multi-purpose spaces • Increase Green area
