GRADUATION CEREMONY- A PROUD MOMENT FOR OUR LEARNERS: It feels like yesterday our learners have come to the center with so many doubts in their mind. On graduation day we can see all the doubt free faces with all smiles & happiness. They shared their success stories as proud learners of TSSDC-HYD. Abrar Ahmed from BPO 5 working with KNOAH Solutions thanked Tata STRIVE for transforming him to a successful professional. Naveen Megha from BFSI 05 working at Manappuram gold as a executive shared his happiness with the audience on successfully getting promoted as an assistant manager in short span of time and thanked Tata STRIVE for the encouragement and direction. Our guests Mr. Chaitanya Yadav (Regional HR) HDB financial services, Mr. Michael (HR) V5 global services, Mr. Rajesh Gadepally (HR) Head South Fin free Gadepally and Mr. Prasad Padala Founder Padala Charitable Trust have expressed their happiness in hiring our learners and the way they perform their duties , They also expressed that they are looking forward to higher learners from our future batches also.

WISDOM SHARING BY INDUSTRY EXPERTS:

SME Session by Mr.Ranjith (Sr. Manager HR ) FROM Nissan Vibrant Motors pvt. Ltd taken session on career as sales consultant and induction about working with Nissan Vibrant Motors. Guest Lecture by Ms. Nandni from AGS Health Care ( language and accent trainer) for Retail and BPO learners on importance of communication skills and 9 steps of sentence formation. This session helped learners to improve their communication skills and the learners were really happy with the session . Mr. Bhujanga Rao, Lead District Manager, Mr. Shankar Reddy, CMO. From Canara Bank, conducted lecture on Financial awareness about Mutual funds and Stock Market today. It has been a very I informative session. This session helped learners to understand about mutual funds and stock market , With the help of this session students were able to answer the questions about Mutual funds during their interviews very confidently. 6


EMPLOYER MEET

Employer meet organized for Assistant Electrician, Automobile Sales, BFSI Courses to understand the latest requirements and expectations. Employers have appreciated on the professional look of the learners and their grooming standards. Mr. Manoj Kulkarni (Area Manager Business Development) , Ms.Shailaja (Sr Manager Ops) from stockholding India Pvt. ltd visited our center. They conveyed their satisfaction about our alumni working with them and looking with them and looking forward for more to join them.

AWARD MOMENT Ms.Rajeswari working with HDFC bank as BDE has been awarded with memento for consistent performance from the day she joined. She thanked Tata STRIVE for providing skills required to achieve this stage in her career.

Ms.Anusha from Auto sales batch 9 from Adilabad working with Jayabheri motors Pvt. Ltd. As sales consultant, Because of her outstanding performance she earns around Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 incentives per month. She has been awarded best performer Continuously for four months and completed 2 years in auto mobile sales industry.

EVENTS AT TATA STRIVE WE CARE FOR ENVIRONMENT To save the environment TSSDCHYD have taken a step ahead and planted trees on 28th June 2019 with #STRIVE4NATURE campaign. This event was attended by K.P.H.B Colony cooperator Ms.Pannala Kavya Reddy. In this campaign we plant the samplings and care for these samplings like we care for our learners for years and see the transformation of these small samplings into trees.

A DAY FOR YOGA

YOGA : A spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which including breath

control , simple meditation and adoption of specific body postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. All the learners and whole team of TSSDC HYDERABAD took part in this event conducted by ESHA foundation. It helped us to educate ourselves and our learners the importance of staying healthy with the power of Yoga.

MINDFULLNESS TO HEARTFULNESS

Heartfulness is taking meaningful action using your character strengths and virtues for the common good. It is mindfulness that catalyzes our heartfulness. It sets up heartfull action. It assists in your striving to be more kind, more courageous, more wise, more As a regular practice of doing mindfulness session, we have invited Heartfulness foundation team members Ms. Swathi & Ms. Praseetha for a similar kind of session, how to be mindful & be in the present by doing heartfulness.

WHEN OUR LIBRARY WALKED INTO SOCIETY

In order to create awareness about importance of reading and education in youth & create awareness about TSSDC-HYD center in local areas , Our Assistant electrician learners took our library into the society which helped us to create awareness about our Centre as well as reading in the youth in the local areas.

MANNEQUIN FOR A MINUTE The mannequin challenge where every Tata STRIVE learner have participated. This helped every learner to gain knowledge about why is safety important & the measures that have to be follow. MS. Anitha Elaviya have personally given a session on safety for all facilitators & master facilitators, which helped everyone to understand about what actually safety is & how we can assure that safety to our learners. 13

Alumni Meet which took place from April 2019 TO May 2019 saw overwhelming participation from students and Alumni alike. all the Alumni were dropped at their respective departments. The same place where the journey had started. “Nostalgia, Fraternity and Memories relived in the Alumni Meet. Will go back with wonderful memories�

ENGAGEMENT OF PARENTS IN LEARNERS TRANSFORMATION

The main purpose of meet was to create a common platform for Facilitators & parents come together to enrich the learners training experience & discuss variety of issues (attendance, placements, working shift timings, mobility issues, sustainability) regarding all round development of learners. Facilitators and parents understood each other expectations. Facilitators got the idea about parents involvement, cooperation towards their child. Parents interacted with facilitators and clarified their doubts on placements & work culture. Parents expressed that they are very thankful to Tata STRIVE for the transformation that happened in their children and made it a grand success by their overwhelming words. 15

Offer letters for 1ST GDA Batch on June 20th 2019 by Captain Kavitha Jairam, Mr. Pradeep Lingawat (Regional Manager), Mr.Binoy Matmari (Centre manager) on second batch launch day. They are placed in PORTEA Medicals with average salary Rs.16650/-

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

Mock tail & sandwich practical for F&B learners turned out to be a treat for all the staff. As the learners had great experience of learning by serving the guests which helped them to boost their self confidence. GDA learners helped all staff to check our BP and assured that all staff are healthy. 17
