Libertine Intense (FR – 72°)
This is a French absinthe distilled by Paul Devoille and is a heavier version of the original Libertine 55 °. Taste: Spicy followed by licorice and anise, slightly bitter then sweet, finished by hints of almonds. A good absinthe for starters.
We present you our pride and joy of the Absinthbar! High quality and mystical absinthes from all over Europe served the bohemian way. Some contain the highest amount of thujone allowed by European law so use with moderation and enjoy the ride! Feel free to ask the bartender if any new absinthes have arrived yet!
Bairnsfather Bitter (CZ – 55°) € 7.5 This typical Czech absinthe contains 35 mg / L thujone by maceration of the wormwood in alcohol. Taste: Initially a pleasant sweet anise flavor that quickly surrenders to a dominantly bitter aftertaste. An absinthe for people who prefer bitter over sweet!
Libertine Amer (FR – 68°)
Abisinthe Amer (FR - 72°)
Un Emile (FR – 68°)
An absinthe from the same house as Libertine Intense but with less alcohol content and more bitter. Taste: Green anise with hints of fennel and wormwood, followed by a soft yet bitter aftertaste.
This absinthe from the French municipality Fougerolles, is manufactured by Lemercier distillery since 1811. Taste: Sweet anise with a pleasant bitterness and a light sensation of licorice in the back of the throat. This absinthe is completely balanced and not overpowering.
Un Emile was founded in 1890 in Pontarlier, France, by Emile Pernot. Taste: A simple but authentic mixture of wormwood and green anise. This absinthe without star anise is a classic which is a good introduction for the new absinthe taster.

François Guy (FR – 45°)
The Guy distillery was founded in 1890 by Armand Guy and the absinthe is produced in the pure traditional way, according to an old recipe. Taste: Perfumed with anise and a discreet freshness of plants in the background. This absinthe will enchant both beginners and advanced absinthe lovers.
Fougerolles blanche (FR – 74°) € 13
Also called Enigma blanche, is a very unusual transparent absinthe made with brandy from grapes and unusual plants such as genepi. Taste: Fruity fennel with hints of genepi, angelica and wormwood. The eau-de-vie accentuates the presence of grapes and red berries. This is a very successful absinthe that easily fits in the top 5.
Fougerolles verte (FR – 72°)
Although the recipe has not changed, it is now known as Enigma Verte. Taste: Anise and star anise quickly surrender to a fruity and floral fennel flavor with hints of green tea. A very good absinthe that is a little sharp and dry, with pleasant sensations from nose to the aftertaste.

Absinthe liqueur François Guy (FR - 25°)
This non-traditional Czech absinthe is bottled with real herbs and spices in the bottle. This continuous process of maceration gives it a very bitter taste. Taste: Strong in alcohol and wormwood. Bitter, bitter and more bitter!!! Best drunk the “Bohemian” way with caramelized sugar and for lovers of strong and bitter!
This exquisite drink will make you discover the extraordinary taste of the absinthe plant in a sweet liqueur form at 25% vol. Served fresh, it can be equally appreciated as an aperitif, as well as a digestive.

Roquette 1797 is brought back to life from an unpublished, handwritten manuscript dating from the eighteenth century. Taste: Soft wormwood spiciness with hints of lemon balm and a strong bitterness.
