DONATIONS SAVE LIVES Having the right equipment can save a patient’s life. And sometimes miracles happen. It’s true. Just ask the physicians and nurses in our Cath Lab. In November 2015, Patricia Pratt went into cardiac arrest and a team of SAH caregivers worked to continually resuscitate her. A special piece of equipment - an intra-aortic balloon pump - helped keep her alive and stable while she was transported to Sudbury.

.

Without this equipment the cardiac team would not have been able to save her. This life-saving equipment was purchased just months before Patti’s incident. Your donation made the purchase of this equipment possible. Your donation helped save Patti’s life. Your donation matters.
