Happiness is contagious - Meditation

The word Taoshobuddha comes from three words, ‘tao,’ ‘sho,’ and ‘Buddha’. The word Tao was coined by the Chinese master, Lau Tzu. It means that which is and cannot be put into words. It is unknown and unknowable. It can only be experienced and not expressed in words. Its magnanimity cannot be condensed into finiteness. The word Sho implies, that which is vast like the sky and deep like an oc carries within its womb a treasure. It also means one on whom the existence showers its blessings. And lastly the word Buddha implies the Enlightened One; one who has arrived home. Thus, Taoshobuddha implies one who is existential, on whom the existence showers its blessings and one who has arrived home. The Enlightened One!

Happiness is contagious - Meditation quality. Out of happiness evolves the fruits of Bliss, Harmony, Oneness and ultimately Samadhi. Happiness is Contagious. Indeed it is. Just as laughter, is contagious, so too happiness is contagious. Therefore be as happy as you can. Create an aura of happiness around you. In the beginning it is effort. Soon it will become you nature. Do not think about others. Forget others completely. You just be happy. If you are happy, your happiness will help others. All that you cannot do your happiness will do. This is what Hotei or Pu-Tai used to do in China. He was sharing his laughter. Laughter is the expression of inner explosion of happiness. You cannot help, but your happiness can, your laughter can. You cannot help. In the process you will destroy. But your happiness can help. Happiness has its own ways of working. Happiness works in a very indirect, very subtle, and very feminine way. When you start working or you are engaged in work you are serious your energy becomes aggressive. And if you start trying to help others they will resist. They will resist unknowingly. Because it seems as if somebody has the upper hand. And nobody wants to be liberated by anybody else. Nobody wants to be made happy by anybody else, because that seems to be dependence, so a deep resistance comes in. I say to you – forget about others. Be full of happiness. Happiness is contagious. Once you are happy it will explode first. And then its rays will radiate and fill the A Taoshobuddha Meditations

That is the other person’s business. You have done nothing to cause anybody else’s problems. They have earned them through many lives. So they have to drop them. And if you go to pacify or consol them you will create problems for you. Remember what your words cannot do your expression of happiness will do. Happiness is a different aura. It soothes, it comforts. Through silent gestures it changes the gestalt of all those who are within your energy field. Just be happy! And your happiness will give others courage. Your happiness will give them impetus and a stimulation, and a challenge too.
