STADIUM & CULTURE CENTRE 6TH GRADE STUDIO PROJECT

Year 2017 Professor Ir. Ign. Purwanto Hadi, MSP. Location Stadion Kridosono, Jl. Yos Sudarso, Gondokusuman Yogyakarta

The development of the Kotabaru region as a destination also has a high market opportunity. Aside from being a recreation, the Kota Baru area also has a sports icon, the Kridosono Stadium. This stadium is commonly used for sports activities even though at present the intensity of sports activities is not much like it used to be. This site's potential for building sports and recreation is very profitable. It is unfortunate that the Kridosono Stadium is no longer an option for sports and recreation. With a few changes and additions, the addition of facilities and good processing space will increase the interest of visitors to the Kridosono Stadium. And also the addition of a culture center in this area. The existence of a culture center is important so that the community has a creative space. Moreover, such space also provides a refresher amid the tumultuous economic and political affairs that currently dominate.

CULTURE CENTER

The culture center is a building that was added around the stadium area to fulfill the needs of the surrounding community and students in schools around Kotabaru, because it provides a library, creative expression space such as exhibition space, multipurpose room and cafe on the rooftop of buildings etc. So far the government has talked more about physical infrastructure, such as roads and bridges. However, there is very little discussion about soft infrastructure, namely culture. One of them is the question of how to regain literature in the country.

PUSAT PELATIHAN SENI TARI MODERN DI PONTIANAK FINAL STUDIO PROJECT

Year 2018 Professor Nicolaus Nino Ardhiansyah, S.T., MSc. Location Jl. Karya Baru, Parit Tokaya Pontianak

Pusat Pelatihan Seni tari Modern was made to meet the needs of many modern dance enthusiasts in the city of Pontianak, the communities formed were also very large. The many enthusiasts of modern dance are not comparable with the existing training center in the city, this causes the existing talents cannot be developed and channeled properly. Therefore, Pusat Pelatihan Seni tari Modern needs to be built not only for modern dance enthusiasts but also to introduce to the wider community even though this dance is adopted from abroad but can also be received by the surrounding community.

DESIGN CONCEPT COMBINED

METAFORA BUILDING MASS The dance movement taken is ballroom dance, one of the types of dance that exists in modern dance.

INTANGIBLE Simplified by taking the groove from the curve of the dancer's body.

Curvature of the body as the Center.

Costumes as Supporters.

Then the building mass is formed as a result of the transformation of the dancer's body curve. M a i n Building: Manager & Training

AESTHETIC

The combination of characters that appear in the end will give an aesthetic impression to the building.

The main building is divided into two floors, 1st floor for building managers and 2nd floor for dance training sites. Where as the supporting buildings function for dance performances.

To respond the concept of building masses which used geometric shapes in the form of rectangles and squares, subtraction occurs in several parts.

The results of the subtraction will be a form of mass building for the Pusat Pelatihan Seni Tari Modern di Pontianak.

CONCEPT APPLICATION The application of the Intangible Metaphor can be seen

in the form of mass building of Pusat Pelatihan Seni tari Modern. The shape of the building mass follows the transformation of the shape taken from the shape of the ballroom dance dancer's curves.

A. DYNAMIC TANGIBLE

The application of the Tangible Metaphor can be seen on the roof of a building that is made up and down to strengthen the dynamic concept.

The application taken from Wav is also applied i

Dynamic concepts are also applied to the design of ceilings in the Concert Hall building. The ceiling is made in order to strengthen the dynamic concept used.

of Tangible Metaphors can be seen in building facades. The Zigzag element ving Dance is applied almost to the entire facade of the building, not only that, it in the form of secondary skin in the building.

CONCEPT APPLICATION B. CONTRAST

The choice of colors used in facades uses colors that tend to contrast, namely yellow and black, yellow comes from bright colors and black comes from monochrome colors. Striking color selection shows contrast in the building.

GAPURA WATU LUMPANG RESTO REAL PROJECT

Year 2018 Location Ring Road Timur No.8, Ketandan, Jaranan, Banguntapan, Pelem Mulong, Banguntapan, bantul, DIY

The owner of Restaurant Watu Lumpang wants to build a restaurant with an existing building, namely Joglo, then remodeled it so that it becomes a restaurant building that elevates the Javanese building theme, but is more modern, The client wants to add a gate and fence right in front of the joglo area which separates the outside area with inner area, still using the Javanese traditional building but compare it with modern styles. Then the design idea came out, using red bricks which were exposed to the entire gate and fence so that the fence and building still had unity.

FISH POND WATU LUMPANG RESTO REAL PROJECT

Year 2018 Location Ring Road Timur No.8, Ketandan, Jaranan, Banguntapan, Pelem Mulong, Banguntapan, bantul, DIY

Because the restaurant area of Watu Lumpang is next to rice field area but it is also right next to a busy highway, client want to add a fish pond in the restaurant area to give the impression of gurgling water to minimize the sound of vehicles right in front of the restaurant. Not only as a fish pond, but visitors can also enjoy it by looking directly under their feet, and from there you can clearly see the view of the rice fields next to the restaurant.
