Today is CROP Walk. We will leave the church at 12:00, have a quick lunch at a fast food restaurant, participate in the walk downtown at 2:30, and go for ice cream afterwards. If you haven’t made a donation, please do so today. Make checks payable to the church with CROP Walk on the memo line.

The Christian Education Committee will meet right after Sunday School in the Fellowship Hall.

Pecans are available from the Willing Workers Circle for $9 per lb. Next Sunday is Trunk-or-Treat beginning at 5:00 in the parking lot. There will be games for the children outside. We will end the evening with supper in the Fellowship Hall. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board outside the Pastor’s Study if you plan to “open” your trunk and pass out candy. The World Mission Lovefeast will be held this year at Friedland Moravian Church at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 3. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Judy Ganz, Director of the Moravian Board of World Mission. This year is the 90th anniversary of the Mission Society! Please sign up for donations to this year’s Chicken and Brunswick Stew which will be Saturday, November 16. The sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board outside the Men’s Bible Class.
