THE WAY HOME IN COLUMBIA COUNTY SPRING IS COMING! Weather can often be a major factor in the Real Estate Business and more so this year than in the recent past. We

feel there may be some built up buyer enthusiasm as we get closer to Spring. Despite this storm filled winter we have seen an increase in the number of sold residential properties here in the County. For the first two months this year there were 68 residential properties sold in Columbia County with a median price of $222,500 and an average of 100 days on the market. Last year for the same period only 55 residential properties sold with a median price of $219,250, and an average days on the market of 136 days.
