If host LC can solve the problem but was their mistake and trainee has to leave the country, host LC will have to cover travel expenses.

Organization dont follow the Job description The host LC will have to find and can offer the trainee 3 TNs withinn 20% of the internship duration but no longer than one month, and if it is a six weeks internship, it should be in 8 days. Failing to do so, the host LC will cover the travel expenses. The trainee is forced to accept one of those three internships.

Organization enviroment is unappropiate to work If there is any discrimination or harassment in the organization, the trainee should complain. Failing to improve, the host LC will find for three different internships.

Exchange participant Leaves If the EP leaves without prove of an emergency, Home LC will have to find another EP to replace or the EP will have to pay half of the TN fee.
